  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads and explain project details
  • Generate interest and schedule site visits/meetings
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status
  • Prepare and share MIS reports regularly
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and professional handling of queries

What you’ll bring :

  • 2–5 years of experience in telesales/pre‑sales (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
  • Target‑driven, disciplined, and customer‑focused
