Experience : 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and manage production and project schedules

– Create and track weekly/monthly planning frameworks

– Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams

– Monitor progress and identify delays or bottlenecks

– Support dispatch and execution planning for ongoing projects

– Assist in preparing work breakdown structures (WBS)

– Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, equipment)

– Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement

Ideal Candidate

– Degree in Construction Management / Engineering or related field

– 3+ years of experience in planning or project coordination roles

– Strong understanding of resource planning and scheduling

– Good communication and coordination skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
