Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Coordination: Oversee all mall operations, from daily tasks to coordinating with staff and vendors.
• Client & Retailer Relations: Manage client servicing and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Leasing & Events: Handle the leasing of shops and manage event planning and execution.
• Administrative & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, draft official communications (emails, letters, memos), and process ERP entries.
• Compliance: Ensure the timely renewal of all licenses.
• Team Leadership: Effectively handle and manage the mall staff.

Skills & Expertise:

• Experience: 10+ years in a similar role.
