Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate and liaise with various government departments for project approvals and clearances

-Maintain strong working relationships with municipal authorities, development authorities, police, labour departments, and other regulatory bodies

-Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, challans, and required documentation

-Draft formal communications and correspondence to government departments

-Coordinate with consultants for documentation, presentations, and approval processes

-Engage with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance-related follow-ups

-Maintain cordial relationships with local administration and community stakeholders

-Prepare and maintain daily MIS and status reports related to approvals and compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

– 15+ years of experience in liaison roles within reputed real estate organizations

-Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance

-Excellent drafting and communication skills

-Strong government relationship management capabilities

-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and approvals simultaneously

-Proactive, well-connected, and solution-oriented approach

Educational Qualification

-BA / BL or any Graduate / Postgraduate degree
