What We’re Looking For :

• Lead the identification and evaluation of land opportunities for residential projects.
• Conduct market research to assess development potential and investment viability.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Drive commercial negotiations and support transaction closures.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams during due diligence.
• Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for approvals and documentation.
• Monitor market trends and identify strategic land acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure timely execution of acquisition activities while meeting business objectives.

What You’ll Bring :

• 10–16 years of experience in land acquisition within the residential real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
• Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring land parcels.
• Hands-on exposure to land due diligence, title verification, and transaction processes.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations, approvals, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously.
