Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT initiatives, including:

Automation of Work Orders (WO), Sales Orders (SO), PR/PO, invoicing, and shipment workflows

Stabilization and scaling of MES–Oracle integrations

Improvements across warehouse operations, kitting, shipping, and consumables management

-Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports

-Drive cross-functional governance involving Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT

-Manage scope, dependencies, priorities, and delivery across a dynamic project backlog

-Promote standardization and automation-first process design

-Coordinate internal development teams, business analysts, system integrators, and vendors

-Ensure solutions are scalable to support business growth over medium- to long-term horizons

-Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system integrations, and change management

-Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and audit requirements

Required Qualifications

– 8+ years of IT Project Management experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments

-Strong delivery experience involving Oracle EBS and MES systems

-Proven track record in managing automation-heavy and integration-driven projects

-Solid functional understanding of:

Work Orders, Sales Orders, MRP, PR/PO processes

Warehouse operations, shipping, kitting, and consumables workflows

-Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

-Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

-PMP or equivalent project management certification

-Experience with WMS, handheld scanners, and mobile printing solutions

-Exposure to AI / ML use cases in finance or supply chain automation

-Agile or hybrid delivery experience in enterprise environments
