What we’re looking for :

• Execute internal audits as per the annual plan
• Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess risks
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• Prepare audit observations, reports, and MIS for management
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on findings
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations
• Perform data analysis to support audit conclusions
• Assist in risk assessment and annual audit planning
• Support investigations related to fraud or irregularities
• Maintain audit documentation in line with standards

What you’ll bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (CA/CMA/CIA/MBA preferred)
• 8–10 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance
• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, or service industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, accounting principles, and risk management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
• Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
