• Strong understanding of property due diligence, title verification, and acquisition processes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of urban development regulations and real estate compliance.
• Experience preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and commercial evaluations.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, finance, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking with sound commercial judgment.
• Existing network within the real estate ecosystem will be an added advantage.
