We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Growth & Partnerships to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients seeking cross-border e-commerce and export solutions.

Key Responsibilities

βœ… Identify and acquire new clients across e-commerce, D2C, and export-focused businesses.

βœ… Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market outreach, and strategic partnerships.

βœ… Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored export and logistics solutions.

βœ… Present service offerings, conduct solution demonstrations, and prepare customized commercial proposals.

βœ… Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.

βœ… Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

βœ… Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.

βœ… Maintain CRM hygiene, sales reports, and pipeline visibility.

Ideal Candidate

βœ” 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Acquisition.

βœ” Experience in Exports, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Courier, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries preferred.

βœ” Strong understanding of international shipping, customs processes, compliance, and logistics operations.

βœ” Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

βœ” Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

βœ” Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines.
