Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

– Drive architecture and design for scalable, cloud-based applications

– Ensure best practices in performance, security, and system reliability

– Mentor and guide engineering teams on coding standards and design principles

Delivery & Execution

– Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to deployment

– Ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals and quality standards

– Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across projects

Stakeholder Management

– Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams

– Translate business requirements into technical solutions

– Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership

Team Leadership

– Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams

– Drive performance management and team development

– Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

– 10+ years of experience in software development and team leadership

– Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and scalable applications

– Experience in cloud platforms, microservices, and modern tech stacks

– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

– Proven ability to lead multiple teams and complex projects
