Key Responsibilities

-Lead and mentor a team of designers and visualizers to deliver consistent, high-impact creative output.

-Own concept development and visual storytelling across print, digital, social, video, and outdoor media.

-Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

-Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and project briefs.

-Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables before final release.

-Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to internal stakeholders.

-Manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects without compromising quality.

-Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven design solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

– 10+ years of experience in creative agencies or in-house design teams.

-Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.

-Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

-Working knowledge of AI-based design tools (e.g., generative design platforms).

-Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

-Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

-Background in agency environments.

-Experience working on real estate, lifestyle, or large-scale branding campaigns.
