Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: CMA (Inter / Final)

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Costing Head

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Analysis

– Prepare plant-wise cost sheets and product costing

– Perform gross profit (GP) reconciliation and margin analysis

– Handle overhead allocation and activity-based costing

SAP Costing Operations

– Execute cost runs and activity rate definitions

– Manage order settlement processes

– Provide year-end costing support

Pricing & Data Management

– Maintain and update pricing data in SAP and Excel

– Ensure data accuracy and consistency

MIS & Reporting

– Prepare sales registers and MIS reports

– Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking

– Support management with actionable financial insights

Key Skills & Competencies

– Strong knowledge of costing concepts and financial analysis

– Hands-on experience in SAP CO module

– Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Good communication and stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

– CMA (Inter / Final)

– 3–4 years of experience in Costing & MIS

– Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry preferred
