Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Post Qualification)

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and finalize quarterly financial statements

-Analyze financial performance and present insights to leadership

-Coordinate with statutory auditors and support audit processes

-Prepare and assist with income tax filings and ensure statutory compliance

-Develop project reports and CMA data for financial institutions

-Submit financial documents to banks and other agencies

-Plan and execute stock audits in coordination with auditors

-Generate MIS reports for management review

-Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting activities

-Timely preparation and submission of quarterly financial reports

-Efficient audit coordination and closure

-Accurate and timely tax filings

-Effective stock audit execution

-Optimal use of ERP systems for financial management

-Advanced Excel-based financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

-Strong expertise in financial accounting, auditing, and taxation

-Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

-Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Background

-Experience in a manufacturing setup

-Hands-on exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and banking coordination
