What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong experience in co-living, hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, or similar customer-centric businesses
• Proven experience managing property-level operations and business performance
• Strong exposure to sales, marketing, revenue generation, and B2B client management
• Experience developing sales strategies, setting targets, and managing performance
• Strong financial understanding with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and profitability
• Experience leading, hiring, training, and developing teams
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
