What We’re Looking For :

• 12–15 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
• Strong experience with high-rise developments, preferably 8+ years
• Proven exposure to large-scale real estate projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Strong understanding of design development, approvals, and execution
