What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++ — both mandatory
• Practical experience developing deep learning models for:
  • Object Detection
  • Image Classification
  • Semantic Segmentation
• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of model optimization and quantization
• Hands-on experience with ONNX, TorchScript, and TensorRT
• Understanding of real-time inference and performance optimization
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll bring:

• Ability to develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision models
• Experience implementing data preprocessing, augmentation, and post-processing techniques
• Ability to move models from research to production
• Experience deploying AI models in C++ environments
• Understanding of GPU acceleration and performance tuning
• Ability to build solutions suitable for edge devices and real-time applications
• Strong collaborative approach to working with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and willingness to stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies
