40% HR Operations & Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job descriptions and post open positions on job portals.
• Source, screen, and shortlist resumes based on requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding formalities — document collection, induction, and orientation.
• Ensure timely handover of joining kits to all new joinees.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internship letters.
• Maintain HRMS records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Support HR operational tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably from the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Full-time availability is mandatory.
