• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT hiring (5+ years).
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements with speed and efficiency.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
