Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Architect with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality projects, capable of managing the entire design lifecycle—from concept to execution—while coordinating with consultants, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for hotel projects.
• Develop concepts, technical drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and client specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Must have prior experience working on hotel projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction administration and contract management.
