📱 Social Media Strategy & Execution

– Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

– Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns and events

– Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth

– Collaborate with influencers, creators, and agencies

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Consumer Engagement & Footfall Growth

– Design initiatives to increase footfall and dwell time

– Create engaging experiences that drive repeat visits

– Analyze consumer behavior and optimize campaigns

🎉 Mall Activations & Events

– Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations and events

– Plan seasonal campaigns, festivals, and brand collaborations

– Ensure high-quality execution and participation

📣 BTL Marketing Initiatives

– Execute Below-The-Line activities including:

🔹 Local outreach

🔹 Society activations

🔹 School/college tie-ups

🔹 Brand partnerships

– Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns

🤝 Partnerships & Collaborations

– Build relationships with brands, retailers, and partners

– Collaborate with leasing and retail teams for joint campaigns

📊 Analytics & Reporting

– Track KPIs like footfall, engagement, ROI, retention

– Generate insights and optimize campaigns

– Present monthly performance reports

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

– 4–8 years experience in mall marketing / retail marketing / social media marketing

– Strong understanding of consumer behavior & experiential marketing

– Proven experience in events, activations, and BTL campaigns

– Creative thinker with excellent communication & storytelling skills

– Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
