– Ensure timely execution of leadership-driven initiatives

– Manage CXO calendar, meetings, and priorities

– Handle inbox management and scheduling

– Organize internal & external meetings, calls, and conferences

✈️ Travel & Logistics

– Plan and manage end-to-end travel (bookings, itineraries, expenses)

– Coordinate logistics for leadership engagements

πŸ“Š Data Analysis & Business Insights

– Analyze sales, marketing, and revenue data

– Track budget vs actuals and performance metrics

– Build dashboards and reports for decision-making

πŸ“‘ Research, Presentations & Documentation

– Conduct market and business research

– Create presentations, reports, and executive summaries

– Maintain structured and accurate documentation

🀝 Vendor & External Coordination

– Manage vendor relationships and project deliverables

– Track budgets, performance, and negotiations

– Handle confidential information with discretion
