💼 Experience: 12–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (QA/QC Certification Preferred)
🚀 Key Responsibilities
📋 Quality Planning & Implementation
– Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ITPs
– Define quality benchmarks as per IS Codes, NBC, and project specifications
– Ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements
🏢 Site Quality Control
– Monitor RCC, finishing, and MEP works
– Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards
– Identify NCRs (Non-Conformities) and ensure timely closure
🧱 Material Quality Assurance
– Approve materials as per technical specifications and approved makes
– Ensure proper testing, sampling, and certifications
– Coordinate with labs for cube tests, soil tests, steel testing, etc.
📑 Documentation & Compliance
– Maintain all QA/QC documentation:
🔹 Inspection & test reports
🔹 QA/QC checklists and logs
– Ensure compliance with:
🔹 Statutory norms & audits
🔹 IGBC / Green Building requirements (if applicable)
🤝 Coordination
– Work closely with site teams, consultants, contractors, and design teams
– Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies
– Ensure quality alignment across stakeholders
📊 Audits & Reporting
– Conduct internal and external quality audits
– Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports
– Highlight risks and recommend improvements
🔄 Continuous Improvement
– Drive zero-defect and right-first-time culture
– Train site teams on quality standards and best practices
– Implement process improvements
🎯 Required Skills
– Strong knowledge of construction quality standards & IS codes
– Experience in RCC, finishing, and MEP quality control
– Strong documentation and reporting skills
– High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
– Excellent coordination and communication skills
