– Lead design of scalable, secure, and resilient backend systems
– Define and drive architecture for microservices and distributed systems
– Ensure high standards in performance, reliability, and security
– Lead architectural reviews and design discussions
⚙️ Engineering Excellence
– Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-assisted development
– Optimize systems for high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance
– Establish best practices for code quality, observability, and testing
– Build and enhance internal tools, frameworks, and engineering processes
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with product, engineering, QA, and design teams
– Align technical solutions with business objectives
– Contribute to technical roadmaps and platform strategy
👥 Mentorship & Leadership
– Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making
– Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
– Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams
🎯 Key Requirements
– 7+ years of experience in backend development (enterprise/SaaS products)
– Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core or Java
– Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
– Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
– Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and data streaming
– Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning
– Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
– Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and fault tolerance
⭐ Good to Have
– Experience with ElasticSearch or advanced event streaming systems
– Exposure to HRTech / enterprise platforms
– Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD)
