🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Lead Generation

– Drive sales through direct clients, referrals, and channel partners

– Generate and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets

– Participate in events, expos, and marketing activities

🤝 Client Handling & Conversion

– Present projects and guide customers through the home-buying journey

– Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs

– Act as a key point of contact during negotiations and deal closure

📊 Advisory & Market Insights

– Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and property options

– Provide guidance on legal and financial aspects of transactions

– Build strong, long-term client relationships

📋 Reporting & Coordination

– Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline updates

– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes

– Ensure timely follow-ups and customer communication

🎯 Key Requirements

– Experience in real estate sales / property sales

– Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

– Good understanding of local market and geography

– Willingness to travel as per business needs

– Multilingual communication skills (preferred)
