– Manage end-to-end recruitment across lateral, senior, and leadership roles
– Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and workforce needs

– Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire
– Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
📊 Manpower Planning
– Lead annual and quarterly manpower planning
– Analyze attrition trends and workforce requirements
– Align hiring plans with business growth objectives
– Optimize headcount planning with stakeholders
💰 Budgeting & Cost Management
– Manage recruitment budgets and cost-per-hire metrics
– Optimize hiring costs through effective sourcing and vendor negotiations
– Track and report budget utilization and variance analysis
– Ensure adherence to financial controls
🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Management
– Act as a strategic partner to business and leadership teams
– Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals
– Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance
📈 Process Excellence & Reporting
– Improve and standardize recruitment processes and policies
– Maintain MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics
– Track key metrics like TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio
– Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance
👥 Team Leadership
– Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
– Set performance goals and drive team productivity
– Foster continuous improvement and best practices
🎯 Key Requirements
– 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
– Strong expertise in end-to-end hiring and manpower planning
– Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and analytics
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
– Ability to lead teams and manage multiple hiring mandates
