Project Coordinator

📍 Location: Site / Head Office

💼 Experience: 8 – 12 Years

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🤝 Interdepartmental Coordination

– Coordinate with Projects, Sales, CRM, Procurement, Accounts, and HR teams

– Ensure smooth flow of information between site and head office

– Follow up on approvals, drawings, materials, and documentation

📊 Project Monitoring & Execution

– Track daily site progress and align with project timelines

– Support planning and scheduling of project activities

– Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and architects

📑 Reporting & Tracking

– Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR)

– Maintain project dashboards and milestone tracking

– Identify delays, risks, and escalate issues when required

📁 Documentation & Compliance

– Maintain records of drawings, approvals, site instructions, and correspondence

– Ensure all project documentation is updated and properly organized

– Support compliance tracking and quality coordination

📢 Communication & Follow-ups

– Conduct coordination meetings and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MOM)

– Track action points and ensure timely closure

– Escalate critical issues to management when required

🎯 Required Skills

– Strong coordination and communication skills

– Excellent reporting and documentation ability

– Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools

– Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

– Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

– Understanding of construction/site workflows
