💼 Experience: 8+ Years (Relevant Industry Preferred)

🎓 Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Metallurgy) or B.Tech (Mechanical)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Market Development

– Drive sales growth through channel development, dealer networks, and direct client engagement.

– Develop and execute market penetration and branding strategies.

– Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

🤝 Client & Relationship Management

– Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

– Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

– Secure orders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🏭 Coordination & Operations

– Coordinate with the factory on production planning, quality, and delivery timelines.

– Ensure smooth communication between sales and operations teams.

– Address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.

📊 Reporting & Business Insights

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

– Share regular business updates and performance reports with senior leadership.

– Provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.

🎓 Required Skills & Expertise

– Strong knowledge of welding electrodes and applications

– Understanding of electrode grades such as 6013, 7018, 8018, hard facing

– Knowledge of welding techniques, defects, and material properties

– Familiarity with international standards and approvals

💻 Technical Skills

– MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

– ERP systems (SAP / Navision preferred)
