🛠️ Key Responsibilities
– Teach Social Science subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and Political Science to secondary school students.
– Plan and deliver interactive and well-structured lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
– Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
– Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and classroom participation.
– Maintain accurate student records and academic progress reports.
– Provide constructive feedback to parents and school administration regarding student development.
– Use innovative teaching techniques and educational tools to enhance student engagement.
– Encourage discussion, critical thinking, and active participation in the classroom.
– Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and training sessions.
🎓 Required Qualifications
– Master’s Degree in Political Science
– B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory

– Strong knowledge of Social Science subjects.
