🎯 Key Responsibilities

– Drive direct sales of residential properties such as apartments or villas.

– Generate qualified leads through marketing activities, referrals, and BTL initiatives.

– Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.

– Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

– Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

– Track and update sales activities and customer details in ERP/CRM systems.

– Prepare and share sales reports and performance updates with management.

– Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, policies, and reporting systems.

– Stay updated with local property market trends and pricing insights.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

– 2 – 8 years of experience in real estate or property sales.

– Strong ability in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

– Good understanding of local property market dynamics.

– Target-driven mindset with strong customer relationship skills.

– Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

– Comfortable working on-site and during weekends when required.

– Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
