🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📊 Project Planning & Scheduling
– Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and yearly project budgets.
– Develop monthly project programs and three-month look-ahead schedules.
– Plan bulk material scheduling and procurement timelines.
– Monitor project progress and maintain updated MIS reports and project dashboards.
⚠️ Risk & Project Monitoring
– Conduct risk analysis and maintain hindrance and drawing registers.
– Identify schedule risks and propose corrective action plans.
– Ensure effective monitoring of project progress and milestones.
📐 Quantity Surveying & Billing
– Review and validate quantities from CAD/PDF drawings for contractor and client billing.
– Support billing engineering and cost verification processes.
– Perform evaluation of variations and develop corrective action plans where required.
💰 Cost & Revenue Analysis
– Conduct direct and indirect cost analysis for project performance evaluation.
– Track revenue recognition and overall project financial performance.
– Monitor cost variances and profitability metrics.
🤝 Vendor & Procurement Coordination
– Perform rate analysis for vendors and additional work items.
– Support vendor finalization and procurement processes at project level.
– Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve drawing or site-related issues.
📑 Reporting & Coordination
– Prepare monthly project reports, financial summaries, and performance updates.
– Attend project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
🎯 Required Skills
– Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling.
– Knowledge of billing engineering, cost variance analysis, and project QS.
– Understanding of materials management and procurement coordination.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
⭐ Preferred Qualification
Master’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
