🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize property sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Negotiate deals and support the team in successful sales closures.
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to transaction completion.
• Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up processes.
✅ Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or property sales.
• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
