🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage active channel partners and real estate brokers to expand the sales ecosystem.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and channel partners.

• Conduct project briefings and information sessions for channel partners.

• Drive consistent engagement with broker networks to generate qualified leads.

• Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures and revenue targets.

• Track sourcing performance and achieve monthly and annual sourcing targets.

• Maintain MIS reports and sourcing performance updates for internal review.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing or sales with a real estate developer.

• Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Mumbai real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to drive sourcing targets and manage partner relationships independently.

• Strong coordination skills with internal sales and marketing teams.
