📋 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities to facilitate approvals and clearances
• Build and maintain positive relationships with administrative bodies and local stakeholders
• Ensure timely submission of statutory documents, returns, and compliance records
• Maintain structured reports and daily activity updates
• Draft official correspondence for regulatory and administrative purposes
• Work closely with consultants to support documentation and departmental submissions
• Coordinate with contractors and external partners to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor and follow up on approval processes and regulatory requirements
🛠️ Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in liaison or regulatory coordination roles
• Strong exposure to approvals and compliance processes
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Experience working in the real estate sector preferred
