🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage all ongoing litigation matters
-Coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms
-Draft and review legal notices, responses, affidavits, and petitions
-Appear before courts or regulatory authorities when required
-Handle land disputes and property-related legal matters
-Track litigation status and maintain structured case records
-Provide legal risk assessments and advisory support to management
-Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
-Support dispute resolution and settlement negotiations
-Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies
🎓 Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory
-Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) – Preferred
-Active Bar Council enrollment
💼 Experience
– 8–15 years of litigation experience
-Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors preferred
-Strong experience in civil, land, contractual, and regulatory matters
