🏭 Production Management
-Plan, organize, and control the entire production process
-Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
-Monitor daily production activities
👥 Team Management
-Manage manpower and production lines
-Perform line balancing and improve efficiency
-Supervise shop-floor operations
✅ Quality Control
-Maintain product quality as per buyer requirements
-Reduce rejections and defects
-Ensure adherence to quality standards
🔄 Process Coordination
-Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams
-Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)
-Control wastage and improve productivity
⚠️ Compliance & Safety
-Ensure safety standards on the shop floor
-Maintain production compliance requirements
🛠️ Required Skills
-Strong knowledge of leather garment manufacturing
-Production planning and control expertise
-Line balancing and efficiency improvement skills
-Good leadership abilities
