-Drive projects from planning to completion

-Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget

-Maintain strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders

🏗️ Project Leadership

-Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover

-Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

-Ensure smooth project implementation

📊 Planning & Execution

-Develop project schedules and execution plans

-Monitor project progress and performance

-Identify and resolve project challenges

🤝 Stakeholder Management

-Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors

-Provide regular project updates to management

-Maintain strong stakeholder relationships

⚙️ Resource Management

-Allocate resources effectively across projects

-Monitor team performance and productivity

-Ensure optimal utilization of manpower

📈 Risk & Quality Management

-Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans

-Maintain quality and performance standards

-Ensure compliance with project requirements

📑 Reporting & Governance

-Track project milestones and deliverables

-Report project status to senior management

-Escalate critical issues when required

🎓 Required Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

– 15+ years of project management experience

-Proven experience in handling large-scale projects
