📈 Sales & Business Development

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for luxury residential units.

-Engage with high-value clients including premium buyers and overseas prospects.

-Conduct site visits and personalized project presentations.

-Convert qualified leads through consultative and relationship-driven selling.

🤝 Client Relationship Management

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium homebuyers.

-Understand client preferences and recommend suitable property options.

-Deliver a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to booking.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.

🏢 Channel Partner Management

-Identify and manage premium channel partners and consultants.

-Conduct partner briefings and project orientations.

-Monitor partner performance and conversion ratios.

💰 Pricing & Closures

-Manage negotiations within approved guidelines.

-Coordinate documentation and booking processes.

-Ensure timely collections as per payment schedules.

📊 Market Intelligence

-Track market trends and competitor offerings.

-Share insights on customer expectations and buying patterns.

-Support marketing initiatives including events and project showcases.

🧠 Skills & Competencies

-Experience in premium or luxury residential sales.

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Relationship-focused sales approach.

-Professional presentation and client-handling skills.

-Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

-MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.

– 2–6 years of experience in premium residential real estate sales.

-Proven experience in high-value property transactions.

-Experience handling premium clients preferred.
