-Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with business goals.
-Manage partner onboarding and activation processes.
-Establish scalable partner engagement models.

-Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners.
-Provide continuous support and guidance to partners.
-Ensure high partner engagement and satisfaction.
π Sales Enablement
-Provide product and market training to channel partners.
-Support partners with sales tools and resources.
-Enable partners to effectively position offerings.
π Performance Monitoring
-Track partner performance against defined targets.
-Analyse partner productivity and identify improvement areas.
-Share regular reports and forecasts with leadership.
π Market Intelligence
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
-Identify new channel opportunities.
-Adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
π Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
-Ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives.
-Support partner-driven campaigns.
π Contract Management
-Negotiate and finalize partner agreements.
-Ensure commercial viability and compliance.
-Maintain partner documentation.
π Qualifications
MBA or Masterβs degree preferred
Bachelorβs degree required
πΌ Experience
Experience: 10β18 Years
Industry: Real Estate (Preferred)
Strong experience in channel sales or partner management.
Experience handling broker networks or channel partners.
Proven track record in revenue generation.
