Unit HR & Admin Executive

👤 Reporting To: Manager – Human Resources

📌 Key Responsibilities

👩‍💼 Recruitment & Manpower Planning

-Conduct initial screening and first-level interviews of candidates.

-Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.

-Support timely closure of manpower requirements within approved budgets.

📊 HR Operations

-Maintain accurate attendance records for on-roll and outsourced employees.

-Track leaves, duty rosters, and employee documentation.

-Compile and submit attendance data for payroll processing.

-Maintain updated employee records and files.

🔄 Employee Life Cycle Management

-Support employee lifecycle activities including:

Induction

Probation tracking

Confirmation

Training

Exit formalities

Full & Final settlements

-Ensure timely completion of documentation.

🤝 Employee Relations

-Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.

-Support disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.

-Monitor employee discipline and attendance.

-Ensure professional communication standards.

🎓 Training & Engagement

-Conduct employee induction programs.

-Support training initiatives at unit level.

-Organize employee engagement activities.

-Support employee development initiatives.

📑 Statutory Compliance

-Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

-Maintain statutory registers and records.

-Update compliance records on a regular basis.

🗂️ Administration Support

-Coordinate issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and name badges.

-Maintain records of company assets issued to employees.

-Ensure recovery of assets during employee exit.

-Support day-to-day administrative activities.

📈 Reporting & Documentation

-Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports.

-Maintain attendance registers.

-Maintain confidentiality of employee data.

-Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

⏳ Experience

– 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Unit HR roles

-Experience in retail, hospitality, or cinema operations preferred
