🧭 Customer Journey Strategy & Design
-Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys from lead generation to closure
-Map touchpoints and build structured CX frameworks, workflows, and engagement models
-Identify friction points and implement technology-led interventions to enhance clarity and decision-making
-Develop SOPs and experience standards for premium customer interactions
🤖 Technology Identification & Integration
-Evaluate and deploy AI tools, chatbots, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, VR/AR solutions, and sales enablement tools
-Ensure seamless integration with CRM and lead management ecosystems
-Drive implementation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
-Focus on scalability, usability, and measurable CX impact
💬 Conversational & Pre-Sales Automation
-Design chatbot journeys for lead qualification, project discovery, appointment scheduling, and pre-visit engagement
-Optimize digital flows to improve lead readiness and on-site conversion
-Continuously refine conversational logic based on analytics and behavioural insights
🤝 Vendor & Stakeholder Management
-Identify and onboard technology partners and solution providers
-Define scope, commercials, timelines, and KPIs
-Act as the bridge between business teams and technology vendors
-Monitor performance and drive ROI-focused improvements
📊 Business Alignment & Performance Tracking
-Align CX initiatives with marketing, branding, and sales objectives
-Track KPIs such as engagement rates, dwell time, lead-to-visit ratios, and customer feedback metrics
-Support digital campaigns, launches, and experience centers with tech-enabled solutions
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
-Experience : 4–6 years in Customer Experience, CRM, Martech, Digital Strategy, or CX Transformation
-Experience integrating third-party / SaaS-based technology solutions
-Background in real estate, premium consumer, SaaS, digital agency, or consulting preferred
