Senior Manager – Sales

💼 Experience: 10+ Years (Real Estate Mandatory)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

-Drive project sales and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

-Develop and manage channel partner/broker network

-Handle direct client meetings, site visits, and deal closures

-Prepare sales forecasts and track pipeline performance

-Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns

-Ensure timely collections and documentation

-Mentor and guide junior sales team members

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

-Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

-Strong understanding of residential/commercial project sales

-Established network in the local real estate market preferred

-Excellent negotiation and closing skills

-Strong communication and presentation abilities

-Target-driven with leadership capabilities
