💼 Experience: Senior-Level (Extensive Field & Security Management Experience Required)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🏗 Project Area Security Management
-Secure the entire project area through regular monitoring and structured patrolling.
-Deploy adequate security personnel at entry/exit points and sensitive locations.
-Supervise and guide security staff deployed through manpower agencies.
-Ensure accurate attendance recording and trained manpower deployment.
🚧 Access Control & Encroachment Prevention
-Monitor and authorize entry of vehicles and individuals.
-Maintain inward/outward movement records.
-Prevent unauthorized access and illegal encroachments.
-Take timely action against violations in coordination with concerned departments and law enforcement authorities.
-Support installation of boundary demarcations, notice boards, and other protective measures.
🚦 Traffic & Public Order Management
-Regulate traffic movement within the project premises.
-Prevent illegal parking in common and operational areas.
-Ensure compliance with applicable legal permissions and safety norms.
📋 Documentation & Reporting
-Maintain structured records of surveillance, observations, and incidents.
-Interview witnesses and document occurrences when required.
-Submit periodic reports highlighting risks, irregularities, or external influences.
🚨 Emergency & Stakeholder Support
-Respond effectively to emergencies including fire, medical, and security threats.
-Coordinate with local police authorities for permissions and support when required.
-Assist stakeholders and workforce during crisis situations.
⚙️ Equipment & Compliance Oversight
-Ensure preventive maintenance of security equipment and infrastructure.
-Evaluate new technologies and techniques to strengthen site security.
-Maintain compliance with all local and national regulations.
-Review and recommend invoices submitted by security service providers.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
-Extensive experience in security operations, preferably for large infrastructure, industrial, or township projects
-Strong coordination experience with law enforcement authorities
-Proven ability to manage outsourced security manpower
-High integrity, strong documentation discipline, and operational leadership
-Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with maturity
