General Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end business operations for residential and/or commercial projects

-Drive revenue, sales planning, pricing strategy, and inventory movement

-Oversee sales, marketing, pre-sales, and channel partner functions

-Monitor project performance, budgets, and profitability metrics

-Collaborate with construction, design, legal, finance, and CRM teams

-Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

-Ensure strong customer experience from enquiry to handover

-Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams

-Present MIS, performance dashboards, and strategic updates to leadership

Required Experience & Skills

-Strong experience in the real estate industry (residential and/or commercial)

-Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams and large projects

-Expertise in sales strategy, operations, and business growth

-Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

-Results-oriented mindset with hands-on execution capability
