📌 Key Responsibilities
Land Sourcing & Feasibility
-Identify potential land parcels aligned with development strategy
-Conduct market research and assess zoning, land use, and development potential
-Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of shortlisted sites
Negotiation & Acquisition
-Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries
-Finalize commercial terms, agreements, and acquisition structures
-Ensure timely closure of land deals in line with project timelines
Due Diligence & Compliance
-Coordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence activities
-Review land titles, ownership records, and statutory documentation
-Ensure compliance with local land laws, zoning norms, and regulations
Stakeholder Coordination
-Liaise with internal teams including legal, finance, and engineering
-Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and clearances
-Manage external consultants, surveyors, and legal advisors
Reporting & Documentation
-Prepare acquisition proposals, feasibility reports, and budgets
-Present land acquisition cases to senior management for approvals
-Maintain accurate records and MIS related to land transactions
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
– 4–15 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development
-Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
-Strong knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and documentation
-Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
-Strong analytical, communication, and reporting abilities
