Pre-Sales Executive / Tele Sales (Domestic)

📍 Location: Hyderabad

🕒 Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities :

-Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calling

-Follow up on leads received from marketing campaigns and channel partners

-Engage prospects for residential projects and schedule site visits

-Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team

-Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM/software systems

-Handle calls, WhatsApp, and message-based enquiries professionally

-Track follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads

-Achieve weekly and monthly site visit and lead conversion targets

-Support onboarding and servicing of existing clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or tele sales within real estate

-Strong experience in calling, convincing, and lead conversion

-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

-Good coordination skills across internal teams

-Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

-Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

-Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments

-Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability
