Key Responsibilities
-Oversee commercial and procurement activities across multiple projects
-Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
-Handle contract management, procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and finalization
-Drive cost optimization and ensure timely material and service delivery
-Collaborate with project and operations teams to mitigate risks and improve efficiencies
-Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements
-Prepare MIS, financial reports, and commercial performance updates for leadership
-Identify commercial risks and recommend corrective actions
-Lead, mentor, and guide the commercial/procurement team
Required Qualifications & Skills
-Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent qualification
– 10–15 years of experience in commercial, procurement, or project management roles
-Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, contracts, procurement, and vendor management
-Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and contractual frameworks
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-Proven leadership and team management capability
