Senior Executive / Area Sales Manager – Industrial Sales

📍 Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan Territory)

🏭 Industry: Industrial Equipment / Capital Goods

🕒 Experience: 4–8 years

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and onboard new customers across assigned industrial segments

-Generate enquiries through direct visits to consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and engineers

-Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure

-Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients

-Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars

-Handle commercial negotiations and finalize contracts

-Coordinate site visits to assess feasibility prior to execution and installation

-Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation

-Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory growth

-Act as a coordination point between customers and internal teams

-Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer inputs with leadership

Preferred Background

-Degree in Mechanical / Engineering; MBA (Marketing) preferred

-Experience in direct industrial sales (not channel/dealer sales)

-Exposure to capital goods, heavy engineering, construction equipment, material handling, welding equipment, or similar industrial products

-Experience selling to industries such as manufacturing, process plants, infrastructure, or engineering-led environments

Key Skills & Competencies

-Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

-Ability to plan, organize, and manage territory independently

-Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building ability

-Problem-solving mindset and coordination across cross-functional teams
