Vice President – Sales & Marketing

📍 Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

🧑‍💼 Experience : 20+ years in residential real estate sales & marketing leadership

Key Responsibilities

-Define and execute residential sales & marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals

-Drive sales planning, pricing strategy, inventory movement, and revenue forecasting

-Lead and scale on-site sales teams, pre-sales, and channel partner networks

-Oversee digital, offline, and experiential marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads

-Optimize lead-to-conversion funnel in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams

-Manage channel partner strategy including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to refine go-to-market plans

-Lead negotiations, key customer closures, and high-value deal conversions

-Ensure consistent customer experience from enquiry to booking

-Track sales MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review

-Build and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams

Required Experience & Skills

-20+ years of experience in residential real estate sales & marketing

-Proven leadership in managing large-scale residential projects and revenue targets

-Strong expertise in sales strategy, pricing, channel management, and marketing campaigns

-Deep understanding of buyer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning

-Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills

-Ability to drive execution with a results-focused and customer-centric approach
