Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Monitoring
-Develop baseline and rolling project schedules aligned with production and site execution
-Track planned vs actual progress across engineering, production, dispatch, and erection
-Identify schedule risks, slippages, and recovery actions in coordination with project teams
-Maintain integrated control schedules across multiple concurrent projects
2. MIS & Management Reporting
-Prepare weekly and monthly MIS dashboards covering:
Planned vs actual progress
Billing vs targets
-Key delays, risks, and recovery actions
-Short-term look-ahead plans (2-week / 4-week)
-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability
-Present structured, decision-ready reports to senior leadership
3. Billing, Measurement & Certification
-Coordinate preparation of RA bills, client invoices, and measurement statements
-Ensure billing aligns with executed quantities and contractual milestones
-Liaise with clients, consultants, and PMCs for timely certification and approvals
-Track billing status, certifications, and receivable triggers
4. Client, Consultant & Internal Coordination
-Act as the coordination bridge between:
Internal project and plant teams
Clients
Architects, structural, services consultants, and PMCs
-Track commitments, approvals, and clarifications to closure
-Prevent downstream execution delays through proactive follow-ups
5. Drawings, CAD & Documentation Control
-Review GFC and shop drawings for planning and billing relevance
-Maintain drawing registers, revision controls, and approval trackers
-Ensure drawing changes are reflected in schedules and billing quantities
6. Cross-Project Integration
-Support standardization of planning, billing, and reporting processes
-Enable best-practice sharing across projects
-Work closely with finance teams for billing forecasts and cash-flow visibility
Technical Skills
-Advanced MS Excel (trackers, MIS, pivot tables, formulas)
-Strong understanding of project planning concepts
-Working knowledge of CAD drawings and construction documentation
-Exposure to precast execution sequencing preferred
