Tele-Sales Executive

๐Ÿข Function : Sales | Customer Acquisition

๐Ÿ•’ Working Days & Timings : Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

-Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain products and services

-Convert qualified leads through effective pitching and follow-ups

-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

-Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems

-Handle customer objections and queries professionally

-Share updates related to offerings, pricing, or promotions during conversations

-Coordinate with onboarding or field teams to support successful customer activation

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, outbound calling, or inside sales

-Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

-Comfortable handling high call volumes and sales targets

-Fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English proficiency preferred

-Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, or MS Excel is an advantage

-Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
